Adam was our private chef for a few years. Unfortunately, when our kids grew, leaving the “nest” and it being just the two of us, our needs changed, and we no longer needed a full-time chef. Today, we still hire Adam for our holidays and other business events that we host.

I was almost done planning my son's bar mitzvah in Costa Rica when I heard about Adam. I contacted him immediately, and after speaking with him, I decided he might be able to help me with the production of the event. He suggested a site visit, but I was hesitant because I had already been to Costa Rica several times and the plans were nearly finalized.
